Remember Your Truth

Five days to start including yourself in the conversation again.

You've become incredibly good at considering everyone else. Maybe it's time to hear what you have to say.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering the woman who's been there all along.

Somewhere along the way, you got really good at considering everyone else.

You know what everyone around you needs.

What needs done.
Who needs your help.
Who might be disappointed.
How your choices might affect everyone else.

You think about what will keep things running smoothly.
What will make life easier for them.
What will avoid letting anyone down.

And somewhere amongst all of that... you stopped asking what you needed.

Not deliberately.
It happened quietly.

Maybe you became so used to considering everyone else's thoughts, feelings, and needs that you barely noticed you'd stopped considering yours.

And every now and then, underneath all the doing, there might have been a little whisper:

But what about me?

Maybe you promised yourself you'd make more time for yourself when things calmed down.
Or maybe, if someone asked: “Okay... but what do you want?” you genuinely wouldn't know what to say.

Not because there's nothing there.
You've just had so much practice listening to everyone else that your own answers have become harder to hear.

You don't need to stop caring about everyone else.
It's time to start including yourself too.

Because considering yourself isn't selfish.
It's essential. And you're allowed to.

Because considering yourself isn't selfish.
It's essential. And you're allowed to.

You haven't lost yourself.

Your voice is still there.
There has just been a lot of noise.

The noise can get pretty loud.

The shoulds.
The expectations.
The opinions of people you love.
The fear of disappointing someone.
The voice that asks “What will they think?” before you've had a chance to ask “What do I think?

And when you've listened to those voices for long enough, they can start to sound like your own.

But underneath them, there's often something quieter.

Actually, I don't want to.
I need some space.
This matters to me.
I'd really love to do that.

Sometimes it's not even words.
Just a feeling. A pause.
A tiny internal “what about me?

That's what I mean by knowing.
Not certainty.
Not having all the answers.
It's noticing what's actually there before automatically overriding it.

And you don't have to silence every other voice to hear your own.

You just need enough space to start recognising which one is yours.

What if you gave yourself five days to listen?

Not to fix yourself.
Not to reinvent yourself.
Not to work out who you're supposed to become next.

Just five days to turn down some of the outside noise and get curious about the voice underneath it.

Yours.

And that's the space I want to give you.

Remember Your Truth

Remember Your Truth is a gentle, guided experience to help you notice, recognise, and reconnect with what's true for you.

There are no right answers to find here.
And I'm not going to tell you what your truth should be.

Instead, I'll create the space and offer the prompts, perspectives, and practices that help you have a different kind of conversation with yourself.

One where you get to be part of it.

Because this isn't about becoming a new woman.

It's about recognising the one who's already here.

Five days. Five conversations with yourself.

DAY 1

I Notice

Awareness is the beginning of every return.

Notice the quiet moments you override your own needs, feelings and truth - without judging or trying to fix them.

DAY 2

I Recognise

What makes sense can begin to soften.

Understand the patterns that have pulled you away from yourself - with curiosity and compassion instead of judgement.

DAY 3

I Reconnect

You are not becoming someone new - you are remembering yourself.

Move beyond thinking and experience reconnection through presence, your body and your breath.

DAY 4

I Choose

Every conscious choice is a vote for the relationship you are building with yourself.

Practise including yourself through one small, conscious choice.

DAY 5

I Trust

Self-trust is built one return at a time.

Begin trusting your ability to notice, listen and return to yourself - without needing to do it perfectly.

What happens each day?

Each day follows the same gentle rhythm, so you can stop wondering what you're supposed to do and simply arrive.

Arrival

A short grounding practice to help you slow down, settle, and come into the present moment.

Transmission

A 5–6 minute audio offering a new perspective on the day's conversation.

Gentle Mirror

A short written reflection that might create one of those quiet “Oh... that's me” moments.

Guided Inquiry

Thoughtful journal prompts to help you get curious about your own answers.

Practice

A simple experience using breath, meditation, body awareness, or reflection to help you reconnect beyond thinking.

One Conscious Choice

One tiny invitation to include yourself in your actual day.

You won't just learn about reconnecting with yourself.

You'll practise it.

So what might be different after five days?

You won't be expected to have everything figured out.

But you may start noticing the moment you automatically override yourself.
You may get curious about what you think, feel, want or need before looking outside yourself for the answer. You may make one small choice that includes you too.

And perhaps most importantly, you'll have practised something you can keep returning to....

listening to yourself without immediately leaving yourself behind.
That's where self-trust begins.

This may be for you if...

~ You automatically say “I don't mind” - and sometimes realise later that actually, you did.

~ You're often better at knowing what everyone else wants than knowing how to answer “What do I want?”

~ You find yourself checking what other people think before trusting your own response.

~ You've become so used to being the reliable, helpful, or accommodating one that considering yourself can feel strangely uncomfortable.

~ And you don't want another person handing you a set of rules about who you should become.

You'd just like some space to hear what you have to say.

Imagine....

Imagine being asked what you want and, instead of automatically thinking about what would work best for everyone else, checking in with yourself too.

Imagine saying “I'd rather do this” without needing a five-point argument to justify why.

Imagine hearing that little internal “what about me?” - and this time, answering it.

Imagine knowing you can love people, support people, and care deeply about what they need... without disappearing from your own life to do it.

Not a dramatic reinvention.
Just a quiet moment of recognition.

There I am.

Why I created Remember Your Truth

There was a time in my life when I was incredibly good at taking care of everyone else.

I'd learned somewhere along the way that keeping people happy was how I stayed loved and accepted. So I became very good at anticipating what everyone needed - and without really noticing it, I stopped asking what I needed.

Every now and then, underneath everything else, I'd hear a tiny internal whisper....

“What about me?”

The truth is, if you'd asked me then what I wanted, I don't think I could have told you.

What made me happy?
What brought me joy?
What made life feel lighter?

I genuinely didn't know.

Looking back, I don't think I'd lost myself.

I'd just spent so long considering everyone else that I'd stopped including myself.

A lot has changed since then. Not because I never fall into those old patterns anymore.

I've just learned to notice when I do.

Recently, a friend asked me to give up a day to help her with something. The old me would probably have said yes before I'd even considered whether I wanted to.

I wanted that day for something that mattered to me, so I said no - and offered another way I could help.

I didn't stop caring about her.
I just included myself too.

That's the heart of Remember Your Truth.

I can't tell you what's true for you.

But I can create some space for you to start listening.

A few questions you might have...

The daily audio is short, and how long you spend with the journal, reflection, and practice is entirely up to you.

Some days a few quiet minutes may be enough. Other days you might want to stay with something longer. There is no perfect way to do this.

No. Although we're moving through the five days together, there are no scheduled live calls you need to attend.

Each day's experience will be shared inside the private Telegram group for you to explore when it suits you.

You haven't failed, and you don't need to start again.

Simply come back when you can.

Everything will remain available inside the Telegram group until 31 October

No.

You're welcome to share an insight, ask a question or connect with the group, but there is no expectation to share anything personal.

Some conversations are meant to stay between you and you.

Then “don't know yet” is an answer.

Nothing here is about forcing clarity or finding the “right” response.

Sometimes noticing that you don't know is where the conversation begins.

No. Remember Your Truth is a guided personal-development experience for reflection, self-awareness and reconnection.

It isn't therapy, counselling or a substitute for professional mental-health support.

Maybe it's time to hear yourself again.

You don't need to know what you'll discover.

Just be willing to listen.

For five days, I'll create the space.

You bring you.
