What have you accepted as normal that no longer feels true?

Sometimes settling doesn’t look like settling.

It looks like the life you’re supposed to want. The choices that make sense.
The things you’ve learned to put up with, work around or stop questioning.

Until something in you starts to wonder…

Does it have to be this way?

That question can change everything.

Does it have to be this way?

That question can change everything.

Most of us don’t consciously choose to settle.

It happens quietly.

In the expectations we inherit.
The compromises that once made sense.
The dreams we keep putting off until “someday.”
The parts of ourselves we make smaller, quieter or easier to accommodate.

Nothing has to be dramatically wrong.

Your life can look perfectly fine from the outside - maybe even feel pretty good in lots of ways - while somewhere along the way, you’ve drifted a little further from yourself.

Not through one big decision.

But through hundreds of tiny ones you stopped noticing.

I call this quiet erosion.

Not because your life is wrong.

But when we stop questioning what's become normal, we can slowly lose sight of what actually feels true for us now.

And noticing it isn’t a reason to blow up your life.

It’s an invitation to get curious about it.

You don’t need to become someone new.

So much of personal development asks us to look ahead.

Who do I want to become?
What do I need to change?
How can I be better?

Stop Settling Universe begins somewhere different.

What if you don’t need to become more - but reconnect with more of who you already are?

The parts of you that know what matters.
What feels right.
What lights you up.
What you want more of - and what you might finally be ready to question.

Because underneath the expectations, the conditioning, and all the things you’ve learned you should want, there is still a you who knows.

Not necessarily all the answers.

But enough to begin.

This isn’t about reinventing yourself.
It’s about returning to yourself.

That’s what Stop Settling Universe is really about - not telling you how your life should look.

Creating the space to notice, question, reframe, reconnect, and choose, so the life you’re living becomes increasingly one you have consciously chosen.

You don’t need another life.
You need a deeper relationship with the one you already have.

You don’t need to become someone new.

YOUR FIRST STEP INTO THE UNIVERSE

Start by remembering your truth.

You’ve become incredibly good at considering everyone else.

What they need.
What they think.
What will make things easier.
What you’re supposed to want.

And somewhere amongst all that noise, your own voice can become harder to hear.

But you haven’t lost yourself.

You're still there.

Remember Your Truth is a gentle five-day guided experience designed to give you enough space to start listening again.

To notice.
To recognise.
To reconnect.
To choose.
To trust.

Not to find the “right” answers.
Not to make huge decisions.
Not to reinvent yourself.

But to start including you in the conversation again.

Before you decide what needs to change,
reconnect with the person doing the choosing.

Five days. Five conversations with yourself.
A little more space to hear what you have to say.

Hello, I’m Rhona.

The Stop Settling Universe grew from a question I couldn’t stop asking:
How much of the life we call “normal” did we ever consciously choose?

I don’t believe I have the answers to your life.

I believe you do.

Sometimes we just need enough space to notice what we've stopped seeing, question what we've accepted as normal, and hear ourselves again.

That’s what I’m creating here.

A space for curiosity.
For reconnection.
For conscious choice.

A space to explore what becomes possible when you start including yourself in the conversation.

You don’t have to know what comes next.
Just be willing to listen.

You already have a voice in this conversation.
